The 4 weeks of the SEA Streamer Showdown, in collaboration with ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ Sleepy Studios, have now been completed! Many competitors from the SEA Region came to fight in the daily tournaments to get a chance to showcase their skills in the SEA Streamer Showdown, alongside streamers from all over Southeast Asia. In this article you’ll be able to find all the VoDs and results of what went down in these competitive Auto Chess lobbies!

It has been crazy fun to work with GLL on the SEA Streamer Showdown and Daily Auto Chess tournaments. More than fun though, it was a great step towards building the Auto Chess esports scene in SEA. It was a pleasant surprise really, learning that GLL were eager to support the players and viewers by bringing tons of opportunities and content. Iโ€™m thankful, and I canโ€™t wait to see what the future holds for both GLL and this game we love, Auto Chess.

Week 1 (Season 4)

In this streamer showdown we had a lot of very capable streamers going toe to toe with the qualified players. Albeit a slow start ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ Bankcret proceeded to win the two last games, and just barely missing out to the first place finish which was taken by ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ Gangotak who played and placed very consistently in all 4 games.

Week 2 (Season 4)

This week there was a lot of struggles for one half of the streamers as both ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡พ SirCloudMY and ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ Shogun J finished in the bottom 2. Vietnam came in strong with having 3 out of the 4 qualified player spots and along with ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ณ Mr.D who finished 4th, took up half the lobby. Unlike ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ Bankcrets previous week, the Filipino streamer ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ Autolose Gaming had an opposite streak of winning the first two games to set himself up nicely, and was able to clutch out a third place finish in the last game for the 1st place finish.

Week 3 (Season 4)

For the third week a lot of eyes were on ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ณ Ye Qen as one of the prior Autochess Invitational players, and also one of the more prominent player/streamer coming from the competitive region of Vietnam. Unfortunately that didn’t translate too well and the strategies employed resulted in a 6th place finish. Overall this lobby was very mixed in results with the players and streamers placing one after another, and the highest placing streamer was the Thai streamer ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ Varutosama, who finished 2nd after the Vietnamese player ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ณ VG.Huy.

Week 4 (Season 5)

For the final week we entered Season 5 of Auto Chess, and we also had our first streamer featured from Myanmar (Burma) in the form of ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฒ Triangle Esports. They along with the other streamers had maybe one of the hardest challenges yet as they went up versus the extremely talented players of ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ณ aYuukรฏ, ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ TM-Myth, ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ Mii and ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ณ VG.Cรดhon. The only streamer to be able to place above them was the Indonesian streamer ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ Jefrickz Gaming, who barely outplaced ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ณ VG.Cรดhon by a single point. This was probably the most convincing lobby yet, with all of the meta and balance changes, ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ณ aYuukรฏ was able to capitalize severely and place 2nd two times, and 1st the other two.
