The GLL Season 2 is around the corner so it’s time to get ready for the qualifiers as well as the first broadcast. Here’s more details about the qualifier schedule and basic format.
The major changes in the Season 2:
- $100,000 Prize Pool
- Qualifier dates that doesn’t overlap with the amazing PGI 2018 coming up
- CIS (Previously called EU East) will have their own region and divisions. CIS region will also include MENA countries
- Separate qualifiers for SA & NA but both will play in the same region during regular season called “Americas”

EU Qualifiers

- EU – May 16, 19:00 CEST
- SA – May 16, 19:00 BRT
- NA – May 16, 8pm EDT
The qualifier Round 1-3 will be 4 matches where 50% will be played on Erangel and 50% on Miramar. GLL Promotionals will be a Best of 6 to decide which teams will be a part of GLL Season 2. All groups will be with 16 teams per server for all rounds and Promotionals.

Teams that have secured their spot in GLL Promotionals
Bravo teams (placement 17-26) from Season 1 as well as the top performers from GLL Open have already secured their spots for the Promotionals. Depending on region there will be different amount of teams advancing to the Promotionals from Round 3.
The full list will be published after today’s GLL Open has finished.
